Haworth Wholefoods

123 Main St, Haworth, Keighley BD22 8DP, UK – 01535 649217

I visited Haworth in February and was thrilled to find Haworth Wholefoods with a wide variety of well priced vegan food, including the marvellous hot vegan cheese/jalapeno and curry pasties...the best ever! Sally the owner/manager was welcoming, helpful and considerate, chatting to me while I enjoyed tea and a home-baked flapjack in the window seat. Without her and her amazing treasure of a shop my visit would have been nowhere near as pleasant - in fact i wouldn't have found anything to eat at all! i would sincerely recommend Haworth wholefoods to anybody, be they vegan or not, both for the friendly service and the excellent range of fresh, home-cooked and pre-packaged items, including supplements and cosmetic/beauty items as well as non-dairy chocolate. I hope to return before too long - meanwhile, TOP MARKS to this outstanding emporium of cruelty-free delights! Poppy

A hidden gem and a brilliant treasure trove for all things vegan! Sally (the very friendly shop owner) stocks a wide range of vegan and veggie products including artisan vegan nut cheeses, locally made vegan chocolate, fresh baked bread and lots of locally grown organic fruit and veg. The vegan pasties (cooked fresh each morning) are divine - especially the "pennine pasty". There are a couple of seats in the shop to make up a very small cafe area, where you can order tea, coffee, soup, salad and sandwiches, made up with produce in stock. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in Haworth.

BigBarn has a totally brilliant map for West Yorkshire showing all the local food producers. So if you want to know where your food comes from look no further!
The Kent & Sussex Tea and Coffee Company was established 26 years ago when the Smith family returned from India, where for two generations we had been involved with tea. The website contains information about all the different teas and coffees supplied together with regular updates on new additions to the range.
